Fred Smith's Wisconsin Concrete Park delights visitors with more than 200 figures of mythical and real characters encountered by Smith during his lifetime as a logger, farmer, tavern owner, and musician. At age 65, the self-taught artist began filling his front yard with statues of Paul Bunyan, Kit Carson, Abe Lincoln, Sacajawea, Statue of Liberty, Ben Hur, plus many more. The statues are displayed in a park-like setting. The Countryside Artist's Gallery & Gifts is located on the premises in the historic Smith Family house. The park also offers a short hiking/nature trail. The park is a preservation project of the Kohler Foundation, Inc.
